Founder & CEO
Chris possesses 15 years of international experience in start-ups, majors and multinationals within private, PE backed, public, government and not for profit sectors as an executive, corporate finance, operations, commercial, strategy and marketing professional across resources, logistics, oil and gas, industrial services, engineering, education and training, digital and not for profit verticals. Chris has lived in numerous cities across Australia, in NZ and Mexico and has worked for organisations including OGS Integrated Solutions, Bis Industries, Rio Tinto, and Shell subsidiary MDL. Chris also founded and runs Community Mates, a charity that has operated globally – engaging thousands of volunteers to assist and support existing charities. He holds a BComm from Murdoch University, Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and MBA from the University of Queensland, and is a Chartered Marketer, Prince 2 Practitioner, Graduate Member of AICD, Member of CIM, and Fellow of FINSIA.
Beyond professional life
Chris is an avid surfer, has surfed all around world and much earlier on in his career set up and managed the surf hardware division of what was at the time the largest surf shop in the southern hemisphere.
